Debugging method:
The commissioning in 1969 was divided into quiescent current test and CLP voltage test.
1: The quiescent current has been adjusted for home, the default is 1.2A, you can change the quiescent current by adjusting the 202 adjustable resistor on the board, and it is recommended to be within 1-2A! In addition, quiescent current needs to be tested in series with an ammeter at the power input port.
2: Mid-point voltage test, the mid-point voltage needs to be one-half of the power supply voltage, that is, the power supply is 18V, then the mid-point voltage should be 9V, the test uses a DC voltage range, the red test lead is connected to the positive electrode of the output capacitor, and the black test lead is grounded Line test! Adjust the 204 resistor so that the voltage is equal to half of the power supply voltage.
Transformer voltage range: AC12V to AC28V, 2-wire, recommended above 50W.
