PLUTO+ SDR Radio Receiver Transmitter ADC/DAC AD9363 70MHz-6GHZ Software Defined Radio 2 RX & 2TX Gigabit Ethernet Software Radio Receiver
Feature:
1. PTT Key Port Integration: The sdr radio receiver transmitter boasts a PTT (Push-to-Talk) key port that drives an optocoupler via GPIO0 (MI00), requiring an external relay or control circuit for operation, enhancing its versatility in various communication environments.
2. Easy DFU Mode Access: With the software defined radio, entering DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode is straightforward. Simply press the DFU button and power on the PLUTO+ again while ensuring the URST jumper is connected to MI052, facilitating effortless firmware updates.
3. External Clock Input via IPEX: The sdr transceiver allows for the connection of an external high-precision reference clock to the AD9363 through an IPEX interface, ensuring accurate timing and improved signal processing capabilities.
4. Voltage and Clock Source Precautions: For the sdr radio receiver, it`s critical to maintain the main voltage level below 3.3V and connect the EXCLK jumper to GND to disable the built-in clock, safeguarding the device against overvoltage and ensuring optimal performance.
5. VCTCXO Frequency Calibration: The sdr receiver kit offers the capability to fine-tune the frequency of the built-in VCTCXO 40M clock by adjusting the variable resistor next to the VCTCXO, provided you have a reference signal source. This feature allows for precise calibration and enhanced signal stability.
