Triple Insulated Wire(TIW-B)
1¡¢Strong insulation.tripleinsulatedwire(TIW-B) is composed of three extruded insulating layers. The insulating layer is made of polyester material, which can be directly used in transformers without interlayer insulating tape and retaining walls. The size of the transformer is miniaturized, the operation is simplified, and material and labor costs are saved.
2¡¢High voltage resistance. Single-line withstand voltage of AC 3000V for more than 1 minute, inter-line withstand voltage of AC 6000V for more than 1 minute, breakdown voltage can reach more than 15KV.
3¡¢Good thermal shock resistance. The heat resistance grade is B grade (130 Celsius)
4¡¢Good abrasion resistance. After the modified outer insulating layer, wear-resistant materials are added, not only for transformer windings, but also for magnetic ring winding.
5¡¢Good solderability. After the product is immersed in a 420-degree solder bath for 3 seconds, the surface is smooth, without pinholes, and no arcing phenomenon occurs. It can be soldered directly without removing the insulating layer.
6¡¢Complete specifications. Product specifications: 0.1mm-1.0mm specification wire diameter, you can customize any specification wire diameter according to customer requirements, or you can customizetripleinsulatedwirewith special insulation thickness, but the voltage resistance is still good. It can also produce yellow, red, black and other coloredtripleinsulatedwiresaccording to customer requirements.
