For international shipments, we can not guarantee the accuracy of delivery time as each country has its own customs clearance requirements. Contact your local custom broker for additional information / requirements. The customer is responsible for additional customs duties, brokerage fees, duties and / or taxes. These fees are not included and can be collected at the time of delivery. These fees are non-refundable.

Returns

Product return
To return a product, you must call or email and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") within the warranty return period for the product (described above). L.S will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 40 days and must be returned to L.S. Customer should prominently display the number of RMA (s) on the shipping label containing the returned product.
L.S will not reimburse the customer for the original shipping costs.
We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at your expense.
