1Description
The Hemera extruder uses m4 threads in the heat dissipation connection part to improve the thermal conductivity. The heatbreak can also be better connected to the heat sink through the flange design to enhance the heat conduction. The length of the heatbreak directly reaches the position of the extruded gear. High-precision cnc processing enables Better fit between gears and holes. The heatbreak head is M6 threaded, which can also better connect the nozzle and heating block in the E3D Ecosystem, providing a richer and more varied selection.
We sell two heatbreaks, stainless steel and titanium at the same time. The internal control finish of the two heatbreaks is less than 0.4um. The poor thermal conductivity of titanium is very helpful for reducing heat transfer, reducing the burden on the radiator and reducing clogging, but the m6 thread is titanium Metal will cause the filament flow to decrease. For high-speed printing, stainless steel is a better choice to maintain a better flow, but for high heat dissipation requirements, using a high-speed fan is a better choice.
