Winding data of coil element:
T1: small double hole magnetic ring, single wire wound, primary wound 3 times,
secondary wound 4 times.
T2: large double hole magnetic ring, primary double wire parallel winding 2 turns of
center tap, secondary single wire winding 6 turns.
RFC: T50-18 magnetic ring, take high-strength enamelled wire and wind it for 8 turns.
Simple debugging:
(The finished board has been adjusted, and no further adjustment is needed. The
following instructions are only for the friends who buy spare parts and DIY)
Connect an ammeter in series in the DC working power supply, and adjust
W2 and W3 to make the current 0 after power on. Slowly adjust W2 to make
the current 60MA, and then slowly adjust W3 to make the current of the
whole machine 120MA, and the static current is adjusted.
W1 is the input signal strength regulating resistor, which is connected to the power
meter. It is generally adjusted in CW mode. Press the transmit key of the radio
station, and adjust the power amplifier current to 4.5A and power to about 30W.
IRF510 is a voltage type device, and the output power is directly determined by the
working voltage.
The maximum load current of a single IRF510 is 5.6A, and the maximum power
consumption is 43W.
The junction temperature of IRF510 MOSFET is - 55 to+175 ¡É. If it exceeds 175 ¡É, it
will cause damage. Please conduct heat dissipation.
